Looking for a varied and engaging admin role? We're recruiting an experienced Administrator to support a busy professional services office in Bury St Edmunds. This fully office-based position offers full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (minimum 22.5 hours) options.

What You'll Do:
- Keep the office running smoothly - handling reception, post, call management & office supplies.
- Support internal teams with admin tasks, from billing to compliance paperwork.
- Manage client documentation, Companies House filings & AML reviews.
- Organise events, travel & mailshots.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administration experience (professional services background a plus!)
- Highly organised, proactive & able to multitask
- Tech-savvy - confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, professional & GDPR-aware
- Full UK driving licence & access to transport (rural office location)
