Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their esteemed Financial Services Risk and Regulation team.
As a key player in the Risk Assurance function, you'll be at the forefront of providing invaluable regulatory advice and guidance to clients within the Financial Services sector

Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a dedicated team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of our services, aligning with our clients standards. You'll have the chance to delve into a variety of projects, from advisory to assurance control-based services, all while actively contributing to the growth and development of the firm's profile.
In addition to managing a team, you'll have the opportunity to engage in key business development activities, including writing proposals, presentations, and thought leadership pieces. The successful candidate:

- Strong regulatory experience with a proven track record
- Ability to problem solve and develop pragmatic solutions
- Experience of working in a client facing environment and managing relationships
- Experience of managing engagements and teams
- Experience of business development, for example familiarity with tender processes and proposition design
- Knowledge of the financial services market and the regulatory institutions
- The post holder will be expected to travel to the client's sites in their own time, limited where possible to one and a half hours each way
