Key Responsibilities:
- Managing audit assignments to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate audit files.
- Supervising daily activities on client engagements.
- Mentoring and supervising team members.
- Reviewing work and assignments, offering constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Engaging directly with clients to discuss progress, address issues and share financial insights and business updates.
- Contributing to networking efforts and cultivating strong client relationships.
- Overseeing engagement profitability, including billing and collection processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ICAEW/ ACCA/ ACA qualified or QBE.
- UK practice experience.
- Experience planning and leading audits with strong technical expertise.
- Knowledge of audit and accounting software.
- Exerience managing teams and supervising staff members.
