In this role you will oversee a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality audit services, balancing this with supporting more senior staff on complex assignments and supervising junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients: planning audits, identifying key risk areas and ensuring quality.
- Reviewing and guiding junior staff's work, providing feedback and support.
- Tracking project progress and budgets, addressing any issues with senior managers.
- Mentoring junior team members, helping develop their skills.
- Visiting client sites and handling queries directly.
- Supporting business development through networking and identifying new opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ACCA/ ACA fully qualified.
- Post-qualified experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Experience supervising junior staff.
