As a valued member of a close-knit FP&A team, reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of a rapidly growing tech company. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
- Support senior decision-making with insightful financial analysis and sensitivity scenarios.
- Contribute to the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and Board-level reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Investor Relations, Sales Operations, and HR.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a finance-related role.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Numerate, with strong attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset.
- Proficient in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet reporting deadlines throughout the year.
Desirable Skills:
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA) or a bachelor's degree in a finance-related subject.
- Experience with Workday/Adaptive Planning.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and the software industry.
