This is as big as they get. An international organisation embarking on a global strategic technology and transformation programme. This role will ensure the smooth transition to new ERP software across multiple sites in a 3-6 year programme. You will manage the engagement strategy, building relationships with the sites, managing the communication and education including setting up AT and Training.

This role is about managing the people change of multiple ERP implementations. You will be responsible for communicating with the sites, identifying the key users on site, setting up UAT and training over 5 projects each year.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Identify and assess the impact of change on business processes and stakeholders.
  • Communicate change initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with leadership and teams to ensure alignment and support.
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs to prepare staff for change.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Track the progress of change initiatives.
  • Report on the effectiveness and outcomes of change management activities.
  • Gather feedback and make adjustments to improve change processes.
  • Document lessons learned for future change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication throughout the change process.
  • Coordinate with project managers, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless change integration.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams impacted by the change.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. You will enjoy building relationships and facilitating change in a multisite organisation.

£75,000 - £85,000 plus bonus and benefits
