We're pleased to be recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a brilliant team, based in Mildenhall.
This is an interesting and broad role, working in a small team to support the senior team, with duties including:
- Administrative support
- Processing sales orders
- Preparing quotations
- Logistics co-ordination
- Co-ordinating attendance at exhibitions and shows including travel
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring maintenance schedules are adhered to
- Researching potential markets for new business
Communication is vitally important as well as being able to work well in a team environment, where it's all hands on deck!
Attention to detail, good organisational skills and being able to prioritise conflicting tasks is essential.
Good Excel skills and experience using social media platforms is required.
Overall, this is a great opportunity with interviews taking place imminently!
