This is a great opportunity to join a proactive team of Sales Coordinators based in Brandon!
You'll be providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department.
You'll be:
- Hosting bespoke customer meetings onsite
- Processing of specifications and sales orders accurately
- Maintaining and updating customer records and sales data on the CRM system
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Completing general administration including filing, data entry and scheduling appointments
- Providing occasional assistance when required at events
Ideally we're looking for someone who has sales administration experience along with excellent Excel/MS Office experience.
You'll have great attention to detail and accuracy along with being a good "organiser" who can prioritise tasks.
