Your Mission:
As a Technical Documentation Author at this organisation, You'll be the architect behind there comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring their customers, partners, and internal teams have access to accurate, organised, and up-to-date information.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Maestro: Craft technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides, for a range of products and solutions.
  • Content Guru: Organise and maintain our central repository of technical documentation using state-of-the-art tools and platforms.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and customer support, to gather the insights necessary for top-notch documentation.
  • Quality Champion: Review and edit documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring it adheres to industry best practices.
  • User Advocate: Understand the needs of diverse audiences and tailor documentation to meet their requirements and skill levels.
  • Team Leader: Provide guidance and direction to a small team of technical documentation associates.






Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technical writing, preferably within the technology or engineering sector.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality documentation.
  • Previous experience in managing a small team is an advantage.
