As we say goodbye to January, we can’t help but reflect on some highlights which made the month pretty epic!
In an incredible turnaround from what was a gloomy Q4, January has seen a significant increase in incoming jobs and new clients wanting to engage with us. Company-wide we’ve seen a 47% uplift in new vacancies compared to December and in January alone we spoke with over 950 new or existing candidates looking for work.
Our most popular areas we’ve been recruiting in throughout January is Executive Assistants in Cambridge, Finance in London & Leeds and Logistics & Not-for-Profit over in Birmingham, with interim roles across all locations also on the rise.

Highlights include…
As we continue to do more recruitment across Europe, one of our January highlights was Anil and David visiting Paris to meet some key hires Anil made at one of our long-standing clients. We’re currently also recruiting in Spain and Germany.
Also, a big congratulations to Abi, who works in our Practice team in Cambridge – January saw her make her first placement with us and also pass her driving test! Congratulations Abi 😊
Finally, we have appointed our Charity Partner for 2025 and are delighted to announce we’ll be supporting ExtraCare Charitable Trust – more to follow on this next month!
