We recently joined forces with the wonderful Erika Clegg to start the process of defining our company values.
This was a company-wide exercise which Erika led to truly learn more about us as a business and individually. Of course, Erika meeting and talking to us is a small part in her process but very insightful and we are all waiting (not so) patiently for the final reveal.
One thing we were clear on, is that we want these values to be reflective, true and more than just words or values, for values sake. They will be etched in the EA history books and not only be the truest representation of who we are internally, but give candidates and clients a really clear, strong message as well as helping us with our own recruitment.
Erika’s approach to values-driven transformation is nothing short of inspiring.
It wasn’t just another workshop—it was a chance to reflect, laugh (a lot 😂), and rediscover what makes us, well, us.
From case studies, to discussions and the takeaways – simply game-changing.
Too often, we’re so busy delivering for others that we forget to showcase what makes us amazing. This session gave us the space to reconnect—not just as colleagues, but as a team with a shared purpose. And that’s powerful.
We’re excited for the next steps in defining and embedding our values—because when we get this right, everything else follows.
Erika’s process now involves her reaching out to candidates, clients and suppliers to hear their thoughts and feedback on working with us.
Part 2 – pending!
